Lotus Dragon Push Hands (Tui Shou)
Level I Basic Tui Shou
Student should complete Qigong Form and Ma-Bu sets before beginning Level I Tui Shou.

- Single Hand Ward off
Tui Shou Level II
Student may begin Tui Shou Level II after completing Section #1 of Long Form and Level I Tui Shou.
Intermediate Push Hands Exercises:

- Yielding at Corner #2
- Ward off the Corners
- Double Press
- Single Whip
- Clean and Push

In order to avoid developing bad habits, Push Hands Drills should be supervised until all preliminary Tui Shou Exercise have been completed by the student.

Level III Preliminary Freestyle Exercises
Student may begin Level III Tui Shou after completing Section #2 of the Long Form and Level II Tui Shou.
Intermediate/Advanced Push Hands Exercises:

Level IV Fixed Step Freestyle Tui Shou
Student may begin Level IV Tui Shou after learning the Long Form once and competent at preliminary Tui Shou Exercises.
Level V Restricted Step Freestyle Tui Shou
Student may begin Level V Tui Shou after completing the review of the Long Form and proficient at Fixed Step Tui Shou.
Level VI Moving Step Freestyle Tui Shou
Student should be proficient at Ta Lu Sets 1 through 5 before learning Level VI
